I like it! My opinion is that a robo call is blatantly artificial. Its like a slap in the face and insulting in a way, because someone thought they could inspire or interest you in doing something with a prerecorded voice message. The text isn't as extreme. It's almost like spam email. Not really invading your space and privacy and easy to ignore and junk. My only issue with the text is that some phone service plans charge for texts received. If I got 100 texts I had to pay 10 cents for each then maybe I would feel differently about text advertising. Fortunately that doesn't happen. When I receive a "robo text message" from a political campaign, my cellular provider, or a spammer I get annoyed a small bit. If I receive a robo call on my telephone I immediately hang up without even listening to the message. Everytime I get a telemarketing call I hang up immediately and then I get mad that they called me. I think the same thing applies to robo-calls. Text messaging, on the other hand, is the new "hip" thing and so people read the texts sent from Obama and just go "ok, whatever" and then delete them. That's what I think.
